well spent on building a more focused, achievement orientated you.
What can be achieved in 12 minutes a day ?
When you're deciding on what price to set a new product, you always
keep in mind that you don't want to underprice it.
You need to make certain that the price, reflects the quality of
the product.
Too low a price might harm and devalue an otherwise great product.
12 minutes a day doesn't sound long - doesn't sound enough time
for you to do much of any great merit.
The brainwashing we get via the education system/our chosen beliefs/the
state, pound away the messages of 'no pain no gain' and 'effort
effort effort'.
But how much time does it take to create a belief?
A phobia is a belief -
And how long does it take to develop a phobia?
A second.
You might carry around a fear of spiders for your whole life, but
that fear was created in an instant - in one particular moment -
Wham Bam ... fear for life.
So why can't you turn it around? Why not change for the better
- in an instant ... or in this case a 12 minute instant.

You build a vision, and you build the tool (you) to give your vision
the best shot of becoming real.
Okay, there are thousands of books, CDs, tapes on this
stuff.
So what's new with this one?
Remember 'Doctor Who', the science fiction series for 'the young
of all ages' --- The Doctor had the 'Tardis', his time travelling
machine -
Outside it looked like an old fashioned police box (for non-uk people,
about the size of a telephone kiosk), but when you went in, it was
like an eight room house.
Well that's what I felt while studying Veronica Lim's course.
Your 'tasks' for each day are straightforward, simple - but the
language used, the way in which you go about your tasks, the way
you are asked to 'think' and 'approach' your daily tasks are both
elegantly simple and deviously intense. There is more going on than
you 'imagine'.
I've gone through many many books on self-development, goal setting,
affirmation techniques ... as may well of you.
Fearful of charging too low a price - content-wise - they've often
gone overboard on the instruction - over-complicating everything,
making you feel inadequate, or making you fearful to start to change.
You know when you read one of these self-development books and
there's one thing that stays with you - there's one thing that sticks
out.
The best 'stick-outs'
It's as if Veronica Lim has taken the very best 'stick-outs' and
put them together - complete with enough back-up information to
make them work for you - or for you to work with them.
As I read through the course I took notes ...
"Works alongside three of the main senses, sight, hearing
and feeling - good start.
Deals with stumbling blocks by building in small chunks,
steady progress felt along the way ...
Emphasis on enjoying the process, create energy to sustain
progress and build confidence ...
imagine / play /fun ...
Powerful carefully chosen language - gets the message across
directly - subtle work on the sub-conscious ...
Not judgmental ...
Examines and deals with negatives, not pie in the sky ...
Helps you get in touch with inner energy - again, very subtly
done ... good, bypass the gremlins ...
The proof of the pudding ...
I'm really annoyed with myself.
I've had this course in the office for several weeks ... and ...
I've been busy. Honestly --- Look I've really been busy okay!
But, but I really wish that I'd made time to pick this up earlier.
I'm buzzing after listening to one of the CD's and spending an hour
scanning the written material for this review.
So I'm going to follow the course through and report back to you.
